Happy Summer! Thank you for taking the time to visit. I have a full summer of weddings booked and it is already in full swing, every Saturday through to October!! I'm thrilled and honoured to be able to do makeup for my clients most special days! Thankful to be entrusted with that privilege. I wanted to share this makeup collage with you of a recent bride I did makeup for this spring. She ended up with a gorgeous day at Serenity Cottage in Annan, Ontario. I was thrilled to attend and be a vendor at the "Itz Your Wedding" Show in Collingwood, Ontario at the beautiful Westin Trillium House! I had the chance to work alongside some very talented wedding vendors in the area and met many beautiful brides-to-be. I have to say, I had a blast doing makeup for Exchanging Vows Bridal Boutique and some of their models who modeled many of the gorgeous gowns!

As promised, here is a photo of my gorgeous client from Saturday's engagement photo shoot in Thornbury at the Harbour. Her man is a lucky guy!! Can we say beautiful!! I can't wait to see the pictures from their photographer as well...but until then, this gives you a sneak peak. Loved meeting this friendly, beautiful bride-to-be. I was honoured to do her makeup for this special occasion and I'm so pleased she loved her makeup!!

What a summer! It began with a beautiful wedding in the Muskoka's in May. I was so fortunate to be able to do this bride's makeup, her Mother's, as well as her bridal party. They looked stunning! They were blessed with a beautiful sunny spring day for their wedding on the Lake. Such a fun group to be involved with, a wedding I will always remember!

In July, it was onto a wedding here in Owen Sound. Beautiful bride and bridesmaids!! So thrilled to do this bride's makeup for her and loved helping all of them shine on this special day. I have met some great people from the area so far and just so happy and privileged to be involved in their weddings!

Ventured to Wallenstein in July as well for a beautiful bride and bridal party there. It was HOT that day but definitely sunny and perfect weather for a wedding. These ladies looked beautiful!!!

In August, it was back to my home turf here in Owen Sound for a bride having a small but intimate wedding near the water at the Best Western Inn on the Bay. Such a beautiful woman from the inside out. I loved meeting her and felt so privileged to do her makeup for this special day in her life.

I was able to do some freelance makeup work at Kula Spa in August for a beautiful bride from Wiarton along with her bridal party. What a fun group and day for me! These girls looked like models walking out the door for this wedding! Gorgeous!

Finishing out this fabulous summer, My next location was near Kincardin for a bride and her bridal party. Another hot but sunny day. Outdoor wedding and gorgeous bride! It was such a pleasure for me to meet her bridal party too, as they were from all across Canada. Had so much fun doing their makeup for them all. They looked so glamorous!

Last weekend I did a makeup class for a friend of mine who is an Arbonne consultant. We covered makeup tips and tricks for a natural yet pretty every day look. So much fun teaching these great ladies and I hope everyone learned some tricks and techniques to apply at home.

I have some more weddings booked for this fall, and the bridal show coming up in Tara Saturday October 3rd. Can't wait! If you are planning a wedding and in the area then, come check it out. Lots of fabulous wedding vendors will be there.

Bookings for 2016 are in full force and I can't wait for another summer of back to back weddings! I'm beyond blessed to do what I love and meet so many wonderful women along the way. Thanks for reading and I will try to be more faithful with my blog posts in the weeks and months ahead!
